For my very first post, I’ve decided to share with you my go-to wardrobe essential: the black blazer. I currently have three favourites in my rotation and quite a few online picks that I’ve linked for you. It might seem like a simple piece of clothing, but I strongly believe that a well-functioning wardrobe is built on high-quality basics and occasionally "boring" items.
And remember, no one cares how many times you’ve worn a piece of clothing. We’re all about repeating outfits here!
A turtleneck, denim, and blazer used to be my go-to uniform during my office years at Farfetch. To this day, when I don’t know what to wear but want to feel comfortable and chic, it remains my favourite combination.
Giglius blazer by The Row (currently on sale here). I was influenced to get this blazer by The Row maniac bestie of mine, and I must say that currently it’s the most versatile jacket I own. It’s definitely pricey, but the quality speaks for itself.
This fitted buttoned blazer, which looks more like a shirt, was my recent 25€ purchase. While I usually try to avoid Zara, I must admit that you can occasionally find good quality pieces there that last through seasons. The key is knowing how to shop there: avoiding hot trends and leaning towards more timeless designs.
Claudine blazer from Aritzia - a more feminine take on classic blazer, which reminds me of this style by The Row.
